I have the Kelsey Hayes 4 piston calipers on my 72 340 duster, they are in rough shape. I was able to get them apart but two or three of the pistons are pitted and need to be replaced including all the seals etc.

Is it worth it to rebuild them or is there a caliper I can buy to just replace them?

thanks for any info

Depending on condition,I usually buy rebuilts.
They can be pricey and hard to find sometimes.

Did a search on www.rockauto.com and they were $63 a piece without pads,$95 a piece loaded. Not to bad. These prices are with cores.

Find a parts store in your area that handles, or can get the CENTRIC brake line of parts.
Order.

I rebuilt mine with all new pistons and kits and it would have been cheaper to buy the rebuilts ones.
Calipersonline has some with stainless pistons pretty reasonable.

You can get rebuilt centrics from nevadabrake.com for around $70 after the core return. Plus they had free shipping.

Somebody told me the dealerships are selling them again.Dodge OEM parts pricy now.

Centrics for about $70 should be in tomorrow, I decided just to go with rebuilts instead of a rebuilt kit.
Thanks to all who helped!!!
