So I bought a dart that had a recall wheel in it but the center was missing from the cap.
Searched around and looks like a pretty hard item to find. I found dodge wheel center stick on emblem on eBay $10. I then cut down a plastic cap from a brake clean can.
Turned out pretty good for $10 and 15 minutes.
The wheels are turned in the pic, steering wheel is not upside down, but center needs to be turned 180. Last pic I found online
