hey limelite...
glad you posted your wheel liner pics. i just finished putting a set of these on my 68 340 4 sp "turbine bronze" fastback. my car is now basically the car that was on the 1968 sales brochures for "the new barracudas." i don't have any information about these liners. can you share any numbers/info you may have from your purchase order? the ones i have are OEM mopar units with the pentastar and part numbers stampted on them. i've thought of writing "Mr. Mopar" Galen Grovier to see if he knows about these. i don't know if limelite had the same problems installing his as i did but i spent a full day on each one! 46 year old plastic is VERY brittle and i had to handle these like a museum piece. further, i had to heat them with a hair dryer to get them to fit so i could install the fender trim. they should have been more popular because they actually do cover more of the inner steel wheel liner which should have been popular in the "rust belt" snow regions.

thanks again.

ps. 68 dartman .... i would be embarassed to share how much i paid for these liners, however, you could buy a LOT of resto parts for your cuda project for what i paid...

The repops also had the Pentastar and the Mopar part numbers stamped on them. There was no way to tell them apart from all the information I have read. OEM or repops they are a real treasure that are impossible to find.
