Does anyone know of a production hose setup similar to the attachments. I'd prefer a molded hose if I can find one.

This is a 72 Duster 360 magnum.

Not that I am aware of, not for the 2 main radiator hoses
 
There is a place called Colliflower hose and fittings in Maryland 301 499 5700 I remember seeing something there they make up hydraulic hoses for equipment they would know if they make it or not don’t hurt to call and ask good luck
 
You can buy the ends off ebay (looks like a 45 at the radiator and a 90 at the neck) to fit a connecting pipe and two more clamps. It can be painted or stainless exhaust pipe or the aluminum pipe they offer on ebay straight and bent.
