I had a customer who leased a V6 Camaro from me. Three years later, he comes to return the lease and it sounds like it has a radical cam in it. I ask about it and nope, he installed a thing that purposefully made it run like crap so it would sound like it was cammed. He traded it for a new 4cyl turbo Camaro.

I was at a car show last week and a fellow had a Cummins powered rat rod with same redneck cam. Sounded real good.

Back in my day the guys with their shitboxes (Holdens) would turn up and put their cable cam on. (pull the manual choke out)
