Used the search function and found a guy who suggested using either a paintbrush or a silver sharpie. It's not going to be a 100 point restoration, just a driver.
You know Detroit Muscle sells a wood grain sticker to help restore the cluster. Never tried it, but would like to know how good it looks. Bet you could get some chrome spray paint for the edges. I guess you would have to tape it off.

Really hoping to avoid pullin the whole cluster out, which is why the sharpie thing intrigued me, but I'll probably do all that when I recover the dash pad. Seen those stickers, but I'm going to try to clean up the woodgrain first.
