What type of puller works best for removing the yoke on my 8 3/4 differential? I'm doing this in my garage with the car on jack stands, will a steering wheel puller work? Does Auto Zone loan a puller that works? Trying to avoid buying a puller that I may only use once, let me know and thanks.

i didnt need a puller...

bad440 is right, you do not need a puller. Once the pinion nut is off, tap it with a hammer and it should come right off.
