Hey guys, finally got the steering box unbolted and the studs out so I can remove it. Doesn’t seem to want to come out the top. If I remove the starter will it slip out through the bottom? or do I have to unbolt the driver side engine mount and lift the engine up?

No you should be able to remove it from the bottom without messing with the motor mount. You did remove the pitman arm right and DC the steering column?

Yes remove the Pitman arm and unhook to the steering column. Before I unbolted the starter I just wanted to make sure it would come out.

Just replaced mine on a 67 Dart.

Engine jacked up so mounts off.
Headers off.
Starter off.
Torsion bar out of the way.
Centerlink and tierods off.

Have fun.
