I purchased a NEW repo horn pad for the 68-70 woodgrain wheel, from BE&A, a couple of years ago at the Nats. It was black and my interior is all white, so I dyed it to match. After I dyed it, I could see an imperfection in the pad. When it was black, you could not see it. I contacted Mike at BE&A, he said they no longer sale them, so basically I was stuck paying $125 and another $40 for color, for a horn pad that I will not use. It would be ok for a driver if you orient it to put the imperfection on the bottom. Please look at the picture with it on its side, I tried to show it best I could. It has never been mounted. $50 to your door. I ship only on Friday of each week, My only day off, and I take only paypal. My Zip is 27822, but I pay the shipping.
