Restoration of my 70 Dart Swinger (Germany)

-
Looking great. What did you do to the 2-barrel snorkel air cleaner to make it fit on the 4-barrel carburetor?

The car looks great and sounds great too. Good work man. I will be sending my dart over there as soon as you are finished and you can do mine next haha.

@1967DartGT:
I only take a 4bbl Aircleaner from a Chevy and cut the Opening. Weld it in the 2bbl Cleaner.

Wow What a nice looking car in such a short amount of time. Great job

Very nice, you German's always amaze me with your talent and attention to detail.

I work on Mercedes for a living so I guess we are total opposites.LOL.

Wow. What a great build!!!!!

My Mom lives in Heidelberg. How far way are you? I usually visit during Christmas. Would love to see some Euro Mopars.

Oh, Heidelberg is around 450km away from me, but i think in this Area you can find some Mopars too.
When you want you can register on www.mopar-forum.eu
for get connections to German Mopardrivers. Like i do it here8)

Phenominal work !!! I look at all your pics with inspiration ! My Wife's hometown is Konigsbach ...When we bring da kids to visit Oma ...I'd love to detour to come and see your car in person. :-D

No, it´s a LHD8)

So i make it finally and had a great Weekend at the Mopar Nationals in Germany.
I only miss a few Parts now like the Chrom Trim from the Windows and Roof, and the Window lifters for the Quarterwindows and a few small parts.

By the way, the 340 Purplecam is much to big for the 318!! The Power comes much to late at around 4000RPM. A really rough idle and in the lower RPM absolutly no Torque!
But i will change the Cam next Week for a Edelbrock or a Erson Cam from my last 318.

Here are a few Pics from the nearly finished Dart!

By the way, what you think about a Erson Cam TQ20H??

292°, [email protected], lobe 112°, Range 1800-4800RPM.

Man that car looks good. I love the engine well, very clean

That car looks fantastic! Congrats on a great job.
Can I ask where you got the plating kit to make the parts gold? We call it cadmium plating here.

Thanks,
George
