Retorqueing Heads

I'm about to retorque the heads on my 440, can it be done without pulling the rocker arms and shafts? REALLY would rather not if I dont have to...

If I knew anything about a big block I'd have an answer for ya. Sorry. I do know that if you post this in General discussion you will have 10 times the amount of members see it. Good luck.

It's going to be really tight if you don't remove the rocker assembly especially since I always use a 1/2" drive extension and socket to limit flex.
Who's rocker arms ya running.

Just for my own education; Why are you retorquing the heads? I have only heard of doing that on iron block/aluminum head engines.

This IS an iron block with aluminum heads LOL...Edelbrock RPM heads...
