No. You need to open up the Pushrod holes in order to use hyd roller lifters.

Get MRL lifters, Im running the solid rollers in my 360. Dropped in and fit perfectly. But you have to have the heads off to install them. I dont think there are any retrofit lifters that you can install with the heads on.
