I am reinstalling my rim blow wheel in my 66 Dart. And I can't figure out where one of the parts goes. It looks like a big wave washer with 4 teeth sticking down from the edge. Any help would be appreciated?

I'm going to try and get a pic. But I'll try to explain it better. The washer is metal and is as big and round as the horn button it has 4 "teeth" sticking down from the edge 1 each at north east west and south. Hope this maybe helps.......
