Rim Blow Steering Wheel Restoration

I have a rim blow wheel out of my E-Body that needs restored.

At one time a member recommended Gary’s Steering Wheel Restoration in Carlisle, PA

Does anyone have any experience with Gary’s or would you have a another recommendation?
