Hi I got 14x7 with 3 1/2 back space and 14x6 with 3 1/2 backspace can i put 245/60r14 in back with 14x7 and 215/70r14 with 14x6

You may want to try what I did when changing my wheels from stock 13's to 14's. Google - wheel and tyre bible pg4, then scroll down to the wheel and tire calculator chart. The chart will let you to input the original size tire and the new size and compare the tires for size and speed purposes. I did this and it helped me to pick the tires that would be best suited for keeping the speedometer as close to accurate as possible. I can tell you that the wheel sizes you have will fit because that is the exact size I'm using on my 66 Dart, as for the size tires you want, I'm not sure because mine are 195 60 14 all around and I'm quite happy with how they look and handle over the stock 13's.

I have 245/60/r14 on standard 14X7 Rally rims, not sure of backspace measurement. They fit no problem, the speedo is off a few mph but not too bad. You need to find out the diameter of current size tires and compare to new size. I looked up standard G78/14 which compare to 225/70/14 that have a diameter of 26.50 inches. the 245s have a 25.60 diameter.

How close are your tires to the outer fender wall

So you have 4 1/2 front space? Just making sure we haven't confused offset and back spacing. 14x7 is measured to the bead mount.

I would set the shock mounts on blocks to hold the car weight at ride height, install the rim and use a straight edge to find your distance from outer rim edge to fender lip. Then, allowing for tire bulge and safety, you can figure tire tread width and tire size.
Depending on your gearing you may want to adjust the tire aspect ratio.

With out knowing the actual width of your diff it is hard for anyone to give you a confident answer. We only assume its 57 inches.

My car is all stock 70 Swinger. There is roughly 3/4 inches from the tire to the factory inside wheel lip with molding.

Factory backspace on a 7" rim is 4 1/4".
