Yup the brake shoes r under the hat. I had to modify the mounting flange a wee bit.

OD? Thickness? Center?

My kustom Klassic 14" rims clear the front and back calipers so clearance shouldn't be an issue.

Steel or aluminum?
It makes a big difference

Just make sure the bolt pattern fits
