Rocker arms play on shaft

Quick question about the rocker arms, changing my covers today to Mopar performance ones and I noticed that the rocker arms can slide very very very little on the shaft side to side. That's normal? I bumped one and it moved guessing there is no pressure on it. My spacers are in the correct order between them.

Np, but mine might be wrong too lol. I wouldn't take it as a definitive answer until another member pitches in.

Stock, or after market rockers?? Some side to side movement is normal, how much movement do you have? Stock rockers I wouldn't be surprised to see between a 1/32 to a 1/16 of an inch total.

I'm not sure what the allowable specs are but we used these shims from Hughes to get the rockers aligned on my new Edelbrock heads.

Stock rockers movement is normal.

They are factory rockers, I didn't realize I did not put that, prolly near a 1/16 of an inch
It's just trippy, the guy who I bought it from said it's a normal thing. I just never seen anything like that. All my ford motors I build don't have a shaft they slide onto.
