No, the 318 wasn't offered in the Barracuda until 68.

I think that the B-bodies came with 318's in 67 like a Coronet or Sattelite. #-o

The 66 318 was the poly engine. It's different than the LA engine. :stop:

I had a 67 Coronet with a 318 in it. They came stock with forged cranks, floating piston pins,9 to 1 compression pistons and small chambered heads. Not that they were high performance motors but they are good little motors. I wish I didn't sell mine.

'67 was the first year for the LA 318, the poly was still used in '67 for export cars. Had a '67 Satellite with a 318 poly
