I’m looking for a good running Slanty in southwestern NC on the cheap. I don’t need anything fancy. Any displacement is fine as long as it’s a 1968 or newer runner. It’s going in a 69 Valiant with an automatic that I’m building as a gas sipper. It has a 225 in it that won’t rotate all the way by hand. Not sure what’s wrong with it, but I’d rather swap in a known good engine now and I can mess with this messed up one later.
I’m in Forest City, NC, which is smack dab between Charlotte, Asheville, and Spartanburg, SC. The closer to that area the better, but I also head east to the Raleigh area occasionally and could make that work as well. I got Mopar parts to trade or a modest cash budget. I wouldn’t argue with free if you just got one you need to get rid of. Thanks in advance.
