Those type adds pop up in my junk email all the time, I just delete them. They are scammers trying to get your information, never ever open any of them or respond to them.

Google never gives anything away to anybody. They track you, they watch you, they "truth seek" you, and then sell everything they can mine to the gobt and scammers.
