Sarting problem

My 68 fastback 318 has a minor problem. Turn the key accesories will turn on. Move to start nothing, no click. Replaced starter relay nothing. I can turn the key on and sart the car with jumping the to poles at the starter relay. Starts up fine doing that. I have narrowed it down a bit, just not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions.?

I would look at the key switch. Bypass the switch and see if you can get it to turn over. If it does the switch is most likely bad.

I would check the neutral safety switch. If it all of the sudden it wouldn't start the plug may have fallen off the switch.

As Chuck said, check the neutral safety switch, because it sounds suspiciously like it isn't connected or working.

ill triple agree on NSS. you can ground the terminal on the starter relay where the NSS hooks up to. If you ground that and she fires, you have an issue with the NSS or the wiring to it.

also put a test light in the yellow wire next to the nss on the starter relay and see if it gets power in the start position.
