satellite ('66)

Very cool cars. If you're mad at your money that car would be a good way to burn some cash. I've always liked them also. Had a nice 66 Belvidere and my Dad has a sweet 440 Satellite .

Worst case scenario for mostly one stop shopping-

There have been two 4D cars with good looking bodies on ebay in the last 2 months for BIN of around $3000.

That's more than I would pay, but if you wanted a lot of stuff fast.....

Hey, i know this isn't really related to A bodys but i came across this satellite it's all gutted and pretty much a roller...i have an A body right now so i don't want to go on the b body forum and make an account...but was just wondering if you guys thought it would be worth it to fix up?

oh and these are like my dream cars bench seat four on the floor 273 orrr mabeeee a 440 idk

buy it and make an altered wheel base tribute car,,, something that looks strip ready but is street driveable, would be neat to cruse in,,,
this would save a lot of the headache of searching out parts for a factory OE restoration and you would have a unique and interesting ride.

The 66/67 Coronet/Charger/Belvedere/Satellite/GTX/ are tough to restore. We have a 66 Coronet 500 and parts have been difficult at best to find, even in the 90's. A lot of 1 year only stuff. Lots of stainless and chrome trim. If you buy it good luck, I do see more Satellite parts than Coronet.
