I found a few minutes to make some mores sausages. This was the first time for breakfast sausages and they turned out pretty good. Because I refuse to use large amounts of fat, fillers or msg I have to be careful cooking them. It is really easy to overcook them and dry them out. But if I cook them properly they are way better than what you can buy commercially. Heres a photo of 12 lbs of them.

I have eaten jack's sausages and they are second to none .
6 of those and 2 hen berries hash browns toast and juice awesome .

Don't know what part of N.C. you are in but they frown on sending this type of stuff across the border. So much for Free Trade.

I understand that. Been to Canada many times delivering furniture years ago. Always had a wonderful time in one of the most beautiful places I have had the opportunity to visit.
On one occasion though, not sure why, there was a young woman in uniform at the check point. She checked my papers and said everything was fine. As I started to pull away she asked how long I would be in Canada. I said normally 24 hours or so. I was then told that I was entering a foreign country and she didn't appreciate the 18 wheelers coming into her country.
I just smiled and thanked her and drove off.
That was 12 years ago.
Today, I can hear Donald Trump saying the same words to anyone entering the U.S.

Lake worth.... is not to far 2 hours only just let me know.....we can drag race for tube steaks ha haaaaaaa

Hey Jack, I have an idea, I will trade you some for Alpine, just bring some down when you come down for the Nats and yes they are very appealing, too bad there is no time for us to get together for breakfast, I know you are an awesome cook too.

DAMN, I actually tried to hold that one back and just couldn't do it. LOL
