If used on a 360, this WILL have to have a weighted converter. The plate for a 360 has a large notch out of it.

I would think this is for a 318, or forged crank 340...
Otherwise, yes it will need a properly weighted converter...
(unless of course the engine you just built is internally balanced)

The one you have is for steel crank only......It will fit B/RB too running 10" stall converter do it all the time.
