SCAM Help??

i just listed my 64 Barracuda on Craigs List and am getting a slew of responses asking for a 6 digit Google Voice code - supposedly to confirm that I am not a spammer.

What is this, and is it a Spam?

I will list the car on FABO tomorrow...

It’s too late, they got what they wanted, your voice with your phone number.

When I was selling my 2004 BMW in 2020 I listed on FB Marketplace. Had several real potential buyers (one an arrogant low baller who got pissed when I told him anything below a certain amount I'd just keep it as I really didn't need to sell). So, after a couple of weeks I threw it on CL. Nothing but scammers, so one day I edited the ad to ask any real person who read the ad to contact me, interested in the car or not. One guy did just that. I have no problem like this with anything else I put on CL, but cars are something else.

The buyer ended up coming at me through FB...
