sounds like a scam for sure, had an answer for not doing anything you asked for, pics, call? Apparently he can type and get online. I would not go any further and chalk it up as another bad experience. JMO

just did a google map search and zoomed in on this address and its an attorney at law named Webb and Scarmozzino not an apartment or condo with unit number
 
Sounds a bit shady to me, Can a PayPal account go dormant? If so would not be hard to "wake it up" considering a lot of retailers accept it now.

tell him your brother may be heading Florida for holiday and might be able to pick it up and pay cash if he gives you his address . If he balks you know it's scam , if he gives you the address I bet a FABO member can check him out for you .

Map the address. I bet it's not even a place with any address requiring a #1502!

Western Union is the BIGGEST flag of all. You can say it's going to FL, but, the money can be picked up at any location worldwide.

Don't do it!

Already did this earlier. heres the result

The member did register during the server crash, so his account was lost.His username was jerryG19

The IP he used does come back to Florida.

I would never suggest using MoneyGram or any other money order unless you know the person. That's the main way scammers scam.

I would decline the deal and move on. He's not a member here at this point.
