what was his response ? Joey says there is a registered voter at that address with his last name ,granted the western union thing is always a no effin way but there are other ways to get the money to him if he is real , maybe his english isn't that good , I'm sure we could find a member in that area to check it out for you , I see a new member from Florida has chirped in maybe he will do a drive by for you ?

Update Never Mind I just followed Joeys link and he has been labeled on another site as a scammer soooo he probably is .
 
he uses the word shall. i suspect he is somewhere in europe. we don't talk like that round here.
 
I still say scam. Every query on your part is met with some sort of difficulty or excuse.

Is that consistent with anyone you would like to deal with. Did I deal with you in the same manner? No way, no how would I send money to this person.
 
Only way I would do this deal is if he sent the part first - then pay after you get it.
 
Thats why I am leery of sellers with 3 posts. They join to sell. Even though its not a guarantee, I would much rather deal with a veteran member of fabo.
 
About the only reason a paypal account would be "dormant" is because there are claims against it.
 
I say just keep the dialogue going, and have some fun with it. Don't let on like you are concerned with his deal not being legit. Just make up some crap and get more excuses from him and see how far you can take it! That's what I do when dealing with a freakin scammer. I like to let them think I just fell off the turnip truck, lol.
 
SCAM! This guy was talked about a year ago. Hard of hearing, wife works for fed ex, money gram! Ask me how I know, and ill tell you about a 100 dollar 340 oil pan.

If he's so "disabled" that he can't get his mail (has to get the "wife" to do it). and he can't get you any pictures, then how will he be able to get the parts off the car, packed, and shipped?


It sounds like he's well enough to take your money, but not well enough to ship you parts...

Maybe tell him that "my bank was struck by lightning and the power is now out. I will send you some money when they can get things back running again..."

or

"I skinned my knuckle working on the car and am not able to write a check at the time. I will send you the money when it heals enough for me to write...." (even though I'm well enough to type..) [Maybe throw in that your finger is in a splint and you are also confined to bed rest....]

"my wife won't let me send the money unless I can get some pictures of the parts"....
