I'm getting to the point of seam sealing my car and was hoping some of you might have photos of how these cars were originally sealed, or how yours may have looked before paint, as a reference. Any help would be really appreciated! I have a '71 Demon, but photos of a '70+ Duster or a '73+ Dart Sport would be helpful too. Thanks in advance for any help!

If you're not doing a concourse restoration, you can do a MUCH better job that the factory did. I did it to a 63 Dodge 330 I had using a small home paint brush & was much better than the factory ever did. Most all factory seam seal jobs were pretty sloppy. IMHO.

100% agree my car was blasted bare so I wanted a starting point to get a general idea the "factory" look

Worst case I can get photos Monday of everything but the interior floor pan (already removed it).

This is from my 71. Just had some surface rust in the trunk that I wanted to clean up. If you need something more specific, let me know and I'll get them. As mentioned above, they did just slap it in there.

When I reapplied it to my blue 71, I taped a bunch of acid brushes together to kinda get the same effect to how wide it was.

As you can see, I taped mine and used a high quality 2K sealer. I liked the clean look of it much better.

That's how I did mine as well. I much prefer the cleaner look as well over the messy factory look.

One thing I also learned was that the urethane seam sealer can easily be worked with your finger if you spray a soapy water solution on it.

Same as the wet finger and caulking around the house!

Factory was sloppy putting it on. Factory look is easy to replicate, act like you don't give a crap how it looks. 100% resto correct!

Here are a few of mine that kinda show how I did it using tape and a wet finger

I wasn't able to do the tape trick on the inside of the doors, but some simple green and some finger-smoothing at least took the high spots off.

I'd just take a look at the posts in the restoration section. Plenty of before and after pics in there.
