Seam sealer

I've been researching this for my 77 maxivan. 3M™ Automix™ Self-Leveling Seam Sealer seems to be the most highly recommended that I found.

"ashalt repair" in caulking gun.. don't laugh!!

I used the Dynatron inside...
On stuff exposed to direct water like underside of floor pan repairs or anything where I wanted realy good seal, I used Black Jack Neoprene. Sticks to damn near anything and cures to flexible rubber.
