Whats the best/most economical choice with regards to paintable seem sealer for inside the trunk and floor seams? The white stuff??
also: where to get it.

Underneath, I like the asphalt roof sealer, $3 a tube. Excellent sealing, stays slightly flexible, paintable too. I'm just a little leary of using it on the interior.
I then spray undercoat over it, once cured. The nice part is when its still somewhat tacky, you can smooth it, brush it, stipple it for a matching "look" to the surrounding area.

I used 3M brushable seem sealer on my car. I cut down a 2" wide brush so the bristles are pretty stiff.

We use a urethane sealer at work that comes in a sausage tube and is dispensed by a caulk gun. It works really well but doesnt look close to factory.
