Seat belt bolt placement

Putting together my 68 GTS interior. Which bolts go to which belt. Bucket seat car with shoulder harnesses. There are 4 long,2 medium,4 short and spacer.
They were loose in the bag when I got them.

I think, but with out reviewing the longer bolts are double attachments. IE the rear under seat and left/right front tunnel points.

Thank you . Any thoughts on spacer?

i'm not positive but i think the spacers go between the double attachment belts so they can swivel freely
