What wrench/tool is used to take out the retractable front seat belt from a '72 Dart? It looks like a torx? Something else? What size? :banghead:

My 72 has a 13/16 bolt head to remove the retractor....

I have a T40 sitting right here so I went out and checked it but the T40 was just a bit small.
