Seat Bracket for Corbeau Style Seats

I purchased Corbeau style bucket seats for my 1968 Barracuda. Here is the mounting bracket I used. Hopefully this can help other people who are looking for installation ideas.

Summit Racing sells a Corbeau Competition Bracket. Part number CSU-C22005 for $139.00 each. I am attaching pictures of the brackets mounted to my seats. I did not use the sliders the kit came with. The sliders that came with the seats were a better fit for my application.

Looks like the seat sits tall. How does it compare to the stock location?

I have it on the highest mounting pint for testing. It can go down one inch by moving the brackets closer. The bottom of the bracket at its highest is 5 inches. The bracket can be moved down one peg which should bring it in at 4 inches with the seat . I am going to lower it before final bolt down. Third picture is at its highest point with a driver.

I'm not sure of the original height for bucket seats. I am replacing a split bench seat.
