anyone ever find these under a bench seat?
...i thought they were used only for buckets.

Yes,I have found the round plastic 1/4" spacers under some I parted out.

Yes, they were under the 68 Road Runner Bench car I restored.

tx guys..i'm converting my buckets to bench and was wondering
how it would have been originally.
Legendary advertises them for bench and bucket seats.

I have them under my bench in the '75 Dart More Door.
1/4" thick plastic.
Car is a column shift and it looks like without them, the seat would be down pretty tight on the center hump.
Only had the car for a Year so I do not know if the were factory but when I removed the seat, they were pretty well stuck down into the carpet mat / insulation.

they look more like 1/2" in the illustrations by the suppliers who sell them.

They were installed as needed by the dealers; i.e. if a buyer was short and complained the seat was too low, they would install the spacers. If not, no spacers. So use them or not to suit yourself.

I always take them out as soon as I buy any car.....I need the extra head room.

I've got a bucket full if you want some.
