my parents just gave me a 74 duster and was wondering if the front and back seats of a 73 scamp fit in my car.

Front seats should be a Yes. The back seat somewhat. The seatback will fit no problem, but the bottom is a just a hair too long and won't hook at the front. I wound up with the same thing and used heavy duty zip ties to hold it in.
I'm hoping to get the spare Duster rear seat recovered and installed in its place soon.

You cannot interchange rear seats from a 2 door to a 4 door and vice versa. The trim for the rear tire well is different between the two. I know that much.
You have to stay 2 door to 2 door and 4 door to 4 door.
