I have an early 68 4 spd GTS with an Inland shifter. IF I change to a Hurst Comp Plus will the linkage rods from my Inland work?? Help.

I don't think so. They were pretty sad, cheap rods. Usually the buttons rusted solid onto the rods. Pretty sad setup. I drove one for a while, but it was boxed up and I ran a Hurst. No comparison.

I only had 1 4 speed it was a 70 duster had a pistol grip shifter from a 70 cuda in it i thought it was stock linkage
put a 727 in it shortly after purchase

Yes I like the Hurst. As a kid my first new car was a 69 Swinger 340. It had a Hurst and I loved it.
