Shift point and gear ratio Rb race Engine ?

I have been racing small blocks for years I finally have a very stout 440 with 550 hp in a 2700 lb car . With peek torque around 4000 rpm and peek hp around 6000 rpm in most Rb Blocks I know this is a loaded question because there are so many variables. But what are you shifting at and what gear and tire size are you using for your trap rpm
 
with your weight i'd use a 4.10-4.30 gear and a 29" -33" tire. shift points to ponder? start your loop at 5500rpm and go up 500rpm each pass until it doesn't get any quicker. then back down 250rpm.

my hotrod with 29's and a 4.56 gear trapped at 7300rpm's.

Thats what I was thinking 4.10 with a 29 tall .

mid 9's but the hotrod did have a major valve spring problem I didn't discover until a few years after I supercharged it. with that addition it's got 4.10's and 31's. now that problem is gone and everything under the sun and stars showed it's ugly head. I don't have enough space to type all that. i'm getting a handle on all of them. once they are all ironed out i'm looking for a 5.0 in the 1/8th with the 3500lbs demon.

My 67 Dart street car.

4.10 gears.
29 inch tire's.
1-2 shift 5800 rpm
2-3 shift the same.
Going threw the traps about 6300.
Hugh's .590 solid cam
12.70's
126 mph.
Off the juice.
