Shifter Boot and Bezel

I'm looking for an a body shifter boot (non-console) and bezel for my four speed swap. I was ready to buy the package from PG Classic, but 16.00 shipping is insane for such a small order. Does anybody have either or both parts they'd be willing to sell me?

try Mancini Racing. They cary a lot of the stuff P.G. does and they are in the U.S. so shippingshould be a little cheaper!!
