installed new borgeson power steering box. Driver side dougs header was hitting box. I shimmed motor mount 1/4 to get clearance. Any concerns with this? Thanks 53

No, I have been running a home made motor mount reinforcement that adds 1/4” “shim” between the isolator and the k frame for 10 years 55,000 miles 700 runs.

If you are running a holley based carb I would check the float levels just to be sure it's still good.

Stick one in the passenger side to level the motor out if it needs it. This does slightly alter the pinion angle, but to such a small extent that it likely won't have any ill effects.
