Shipping heads and intake?

What's the safest, most cost effective method besides Greyhound?
Shipping two aluminum heads and an Airgap up to Larry Smith in NC from Texas for porting.
One big box? Two or three seperate boxes?
What's the best way to go?
I can ship from work or even palletise if that makes any difference.

Larry Smith the porter ?.... is not in Detroit ..... He is in the Carolina area..... are you talking about Mondern cylinder head ?.....Larry just did my heads and shipped to me in Detroit using fedex..... no issues ....
