Should I be upset?

I learned my lesson about unhappy buyers, (I actually sent it for free and he screwed me on the shipping anyway) I still haven't recieved a nickle!
The next item i sell will be packed in a black box like the airline recorders, and lots of before and after pics too.
Paypal only for me after this adventure, and no squawks or excuses.
When someone doesn't respond or try to sort out the problem with you in p.m.'s you know he's at fault.
Live and learn.
I've recieved a few items i bought on here with no issue, but i guess there's still a few bad apples who don't get it.
Thanks to the FABO members here who police this stuff through their threads and opinions. Especially Paul (Greenhornet) who has helped me a lot.
I lol at the "when good parts go bad" comment earlier!
This is not intended to be a rant, or a thread hijack, just a heads up to buyers and sellers!
Let's all get along and enjoy the a body hobby the best we can.
Guys, resolve all issues before it gets to this!
I think we're pretty damn reasonable people here overall.

Brother If I lived about 3,500 miles closer we'd do some wheelin' and dealin'... I'd love to fly up there this summer and you an I just spend a few days going through your yard, maybe pitch a tent, round up a couple of coolers full of cold ones, some good cookout vittles and a roarin' camp fire, just get back to basics and sit around and talk mopars.....

As far as making repairs, I have a console here already that was repaired, and for some reason, the repaired areas are glossy, even though it was painted with semi-gloss paint(out of a gun by a pro). I guess I could just paint it gloss and it would look fine? Looks awful to me, those spots stick out like a sore thumb.

If the repairs are sanded smooth the finish wont match.
After I get a repair or rebuild with epoxy I sand a larger area and apply a light coat of the gel type super glue. Once its set up a little I pounce in it with scotch-bright pad or similar, let it cure, lightly sand again, whatever is required to recreate the grain. This works on the vynil laminated steel bucket seat parts too.

Y'all check both parcel post and priority rates when you ship through the post office, priority is a scam.. As I stated earlier, I shipped an A-100 dash pad from NC to Cali parcel post, It only took "2-days" to get there, priority usually takes 5 or 6 days from NC to Cali... The priority rate was almost double to ship that pad to Cali...

So it sounds like the only priority in priority mail is to get more cash from us,lol.

I've never even thought to check and compare the real difference in mail deilivery services. Sometimes you get no choice though. For example,if I want to mail something from Canada to you in the states,it MUST be priority mail. Thats the cheapest service canada post offers for any international mail. Regular parcel/post is not available internationally.

I keep a giant box in the corner of my garage that padding, bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts and those air pillow things from everything i recieve goes in to. And i throw the good heavy boxes in there on top. Then when i ship something I can package it with the care I take to keep my good reputation. I sold a pair of wheels for 110 shipped. it cost me 62 dollars to ship. did i gripe? no ,my reputation was more important to me than a lousy 20 or 30 bucks.Too bad everyone didnt value their rep as much.
