Shoulder harness clasps?

I am looking for whatever it is that holds the shoulder harness straps up in place next to the headliner near the sun visors on a 1970 Dodge Dart. Thanks for looking.

I have these, one piece is under headliner, second piece screws on over headliner and plastic piece slides on.
