shouldn`t my stall be helping my time on the strip?

well it torques to 1100 rpm like the stock.i already talked to summit the day i 1st tried it out and they said that it won`t stall until i kick it ,but it spins just like the stock stall.if they they can`t get this one right they will get me another one .

ok well i was going by this post, send it back i guess but i would do what cracked said and also check the timing and carb when is your total timing in by?
