Jam packed with the Scamp and the bike, not big enough, cold in winter, hot in summer, no storage, being knocked over and replaced with a 16 x 23 foot one-and-a-half car garage very soon.
 
The first picture is what I have now and the second is being built in the back yard area.

Its a 24x30 and will have bathroom, heat pump system, TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, security system, overhead fans, and eventually a lift.

yes its three one car garages all tied together (not my doing) and the kicker is it has three diffrent floor levels that vary as much as 4" so no way to knock out walls. but its better than nothing.

As long it works that is all that counts.
 
Heres a couple then and now pics. Built by myself with just the help of a neighbor in 2009, it took me the better part of that summer to frame and dry in. In 2010 I finally got enough money to side it and put on garage doors. It took me almost 2 days to trash it once I moved in. It's 28x36 with a full bonus room above that could be connected to the upstairs with ease (some day), and houses 3 of my cars and most of my junk...er, I mean valuable parts. I still have the 30x40 shop out at my mother-in-laws house but try to do most of my work here!!! Geof

What's almost as good as having a big garage in your back yard? Letting your friend that lives a mile away pony up the money, then help him build it. I now have a place to work on my cars whenever I need. We just finished it in May, and I was building my Duster by the end of June. Eventually he will put in some work benches I hope. You will have to forgive him for being a GM guy.

they are.....doing a two into one build. Will probably sell the blue one as a rolling chassis when I'm done with it
 
I would like to, but after doing the Yellow Duster, I will be financially unable to. Hopefully I can sell it to someone that is able to bring it back to life. It will need someone with body work skills.
 
I do all my stuff in my damn gravel front driveway with jacks and ramps.
It SUCKS.
I saw a few garages in this thread I probably would almost never come out of.
 
I wouldn't have any problem filling that, actually I would like to have an 80' x 100' pole barn, that would be a good start.

Not here. I have a 2 1/2 car attached to the house and 32x40 in the back. And I still have cars parked outside in the driveway...

Just had the big one repaired the ceiling started coming down with the insulation. Now that is back up and good to go. Trying to organize and oldest son pushing me to get Superbird running again at the same time.

I would like to build one more garage in back if I can get the money together. If I can take some pics and figure out how to load them I will try.
 
I'm with Badsport, a nice large area with a smooth floor and nice lighting.
