I only use the ones with an O-ring because of that. Chrome sucks as a sealing surfaceBe careful using the chrome thermostat housing...they can be hard to seal
My new 340 on the dyno last week, made 442 HP corrected. Will be put in my 67 Barracuda in the next couple of weeks, I will update with a pic when installed.
