I just picked up a '72 slant six drop out (engine, trans, k member etc.) out of a '72 Dart that a friend of mine was scrapping, we couldn't see it going to the scrap yard and being crushed, but he had no use for it. It's all complete minus the alternator.
I'll find a use for some of the parts at least. I have no idea if it runs.
I've got 10 bucks for gas into it.
Thanks George!

Use it in a rat rod! There's a thread going about that. I have a 225 about to come out of a 69 Dart that runs great. Too bad nobody wants them.

I picked this up today for my soon to be sixteen year old daughter. It's a 2000 Celica, one owner with 100k for $2500. Don't ask to see the other side!!!

Last car I bought/stole was this 66' Barracuda a couple of months ago.

Last non-food or gas purchase was $50 of wood that I turned into a bed for my daughter, (2) bedding sets for her, and sandpaper/stain/poly/handles to refinish the dresser next to her bed for her. These were my first real woodworking projects and I think I have a knack for it.

Oh...the picture of the ugly, green dresser is what it looked like when my mother bought it for $1 on an auction.

I realize that the picture of the dresser isn't very easy to see, so here is a better one.

Umm, two medium coffees, and $40 worth of gas. Whoopie!

Yesterday I had to use my pool playing quarters to put 3 1/2 gallons of
gas in my 66 Sedan, I figure it's going to be a long time before I buy anything
for Victoria, but I have a few things to do before I have t0 spend any money.
