So this is what's going on.

That’s sad to hear. But he should of said there was medical problems/health issues from the get go instead of leaving everyone hanging. Now he may as well just call it quits and enjoy life with his wife and kids. Sell the business to someone who cares what happens with the Mopar community. I truly wish them the best. Kim

Agree, silence is death to a company when the rumor mill is driving the conversation.

well sometimes the thing that's important makes you not give a crap about the other things for awhile. i wish him and his family well

Wow, very sorry to read this. I don't blame him for that tough decision; no business is more important than family. I have only best wishes to him and his family.

They've been an outstanding company for a very long time. I sure hope someone buys them and is as great to work with as they have been for so long.

Without a doubt. Where there's smoke, there's fire..... I only had 2 transaction with him and a follow up last year and for my purposes he was one of the most pleasant people I have dealt with in the automotive industry. Followed through and then some and was extremely helpful in emails.

Time never stops nor does reality. If the business is going away he needs to either find a new home for his products or bury it. There is no third direction for this one.....

Having met Mike several times in person a truly a nice fella. Obvious his wife is his first priority. We all just need to get over our own personal desires, wish the man well and move on.

I hate to hear that about his wife. I have had great experience with them and their customer service. I hated to see all the bad feedback I hope that he will sale and someone will take it over and continue to make the mounts to give us abody guys some options.

In this day & age, communication can make or break you. I'm sorry about his problems, but he should have "communicated" with the customers.

I too wish them the best. Sad to hear they have to deal with such medical problems.

I have got old enough changing out K members is darn hard for this old guy! One more to do, hope it does not do me in!!

I wish someone would take over the company, let him retire and enjoy the rest of his life..

i'd like to see Firm Feel or HDK, seems like they would be a good fit, provided he even wants or has time to sell it

prayers are with him I hope someone steps up to buy the business & keep his legacy going

hope the best for them. when i was at indy swap in march, i asked some of the vendors if they knew anything or if the company came up for sale, would they buy it for the product line. most said probably not. unfortunate for our hobby.

Sad to see the circumstances he found himself in, but I also completely understand why it took so long for him to communicate it.

When Life starts throwing **** at you, it becomes like being a frog in water,...turn up the heat slowly and the frog tries to adapt until it finally boils to death or decides to escape. If it happens all at once, they jump out immediately.

Sometimes people are so overwhelmed trying to compensate for each day of difficulties that they don't realize they are boiling to death because of it. Then, one day...they do.

I think Mike just got to that day.

I hope he finds his path and future to be brighter than it has been.
