There is silver paint on the inside of the grille and the headlight bezals and on the trunk trim; It is not slick and has very low luster; Does anyone know of a spray paint which matches that? Classic industries lists one they call Argent silver. Does anyone know if that is it?

Yes, Argent Silver is what the factory called it. You should be able to buy it from Mopar-specific vendors. Krylon Dull Aluminum is pretty close, for some parts.
