Guys,

I am looking at installing a stock 340 six-pack set up on my small block engine
(A engine) in my 1967 Barracuda with my stock factory hood and using the stock Mopar six-pack air cleaner assembly.

Does anyone know whether or not there is a clearance problem using my stock factory hood ??? It looks to me like it will fit, but it will be tight ??

If any of you have run a small block six-pack on a 1967 to 69 Barracuda with the stock air cleaner assembly and stock hood (or have even seen one on someone else's 67-69 Cuda) please let me know ??

Thanks as always,
GLJPLC

A friend of mine has a 6-pack set up on his 360 powered 67 Barracuda and has no hood clearance issues when using the factory 6-pak air filter assembly.

From another post.... (You might want the extra free HP's)

Posts: 28 Lee one more thing, the factory fram style element in the repo set up will hurt it by 15hp and 18lbs of torque. Can we say K&N?! I'll know what the K&N will do when I put it on the chassis dyno.
