Hey there mopar heads Does a 1979 cast crank 225 need to have a balanced Manual flywheel? iam putting a four speed behind a cast crank 225.:burnout: Thanks in advance.
Now yer talkin! The 3.09 x 3.23 will give you a 9.98 starter gear.
The A999 with it's 2.74 x 3.23 hits 8.85. but with an assumed 13% torque multiplication,the initial hit might be; lesee 1.13 x 8.85 = 9.98!
Sorry man. If the TC stalls at 1600, and you dump the clutch at the same 1600, then it's a draw. But of course the M/T has an adjustable stall, so rev it up and go.
As for me I woulda just gone straight to 3.55s and a 2400 TC.Naw that's not true. I woulda gone to a V8.
That 7.25 SG will last forever behind that 6, the SG version was stout, not like its one legged brother.
